On 18 July 2025, a grant agreement was signed with the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes for the implementation of the Erasmus+ project Green Care Career: Advancing Health, Sustainability and Purpose in Agriculture.
CEKOM 3LJ is the project coordinator.
The total project budget is €250,000.

The Green Care Career project aims to modernise vocational agricultural education by integrating sustainability, mental well-being, and social responsibility into vocational education and training. Through the project, a new curriculum, open educational resources (OER), and ECVET-aligned micro-credentials (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) will be developed. A practical guide containing recommendations and real-life examples will support the implementation and transferability of the project results across Europe.
The project seeks to increase the attractiveness of careers in agriculture by aligning vocational training with labour market needs, the objectives of the European Green Deal, and innovative digital learning approaches. In doing so, it will equip learners and educators with the knowledge, skills, and competences needed to promote sustainable, resilient, and socially responsible agricultural practices.
